Furnished detached guesthouse studio located in the charming and safe Garden Tract neighborhood in Redding for $1,200/month! Rent includes all utilities and wifi. The space has the amenities you'll need including a kitchenette with newer refrigerator/freezer, microwave, cooktop, toaster oven, tea kettle, and crockpot so that you can craft home cooked meals. Please note there is no oven in the kitchenette. There is air conditioning, great wifi, a comfortable bed and a cozy living room. This is a private guest house with no shared walls. The guesthouse has a small yard with a partially covered patio area & string lights to enjoy fresh air after a day at work. The space includes access to a detached, small laundry room with washer & dryer in a separate building on the property. You will have exclusive use of the laundry room. There is free, overnight, off-street parking for 1 vehicle. The neighborhood (called the Garden Tract) is quiet and safe, with friendly neighbors and plenty of nearby green spaces to enjoy. Take a stroll around the block and enjoy the mature shade trees and the charming vintage California architecture that defines this neighborhood. We are located less than a mile (3 minute drive or 15 minute walk) from the world famous Sundial Bridge, Sacramento River Trail and the Garden of Lights. If you'd like to utilize public transportation, there is a bus stop about 500 feet from the house. If you're looking for a peaceful and safe place to stay during your stay in Redding, our guesthouse studio is the perfect choice.
