    Private and foliaged lots
    Two side by side private and foliaged lots located at a cooler elevation. Both lots must be sold together. Buyer to do own due diligence in relationship to exact location of the properties. Seller will not pay for staking or survey, so Agents, please encourage your buyers to have staking or survey done during escrow. Counting lots and using satellite photos, it appears the two lots may be the last two lots before a barrier across the road, and on the right hand side of Road 7 as you approach from Mauna Kea Road. The barrier across the road (if it is still there when you are viewing the lots), may be in line with the far boundary of the second lot as you approach from Mauna Kea Road direction. The first lot appears to share a boundary with a neighboring property with a defined driveway from Road 7. There is a pole between the two subject lots but no electricity is available to these lots at this time. Lot would require a catchment tank for water and a septic tank for a new build. A County Transfer Station for solid waste disposal is available a short distance from the subdivision at the 17 mile marker. Mainland sellers are unfamiliar with the lots so no seller's disclosure.
