Hot Tub/Jacuzzi Access Guests may enjoy the private jacuzzi during their stay. Please note that a signed liability waiver is required prior to hot tub use for the safety of all guests. The waiver will be provided upon check-in and must be completed before accessing the jacuzzi facilities. Business Events All events require prior management approval. Additional fees and security deposits will apply. A written consent and signed event agreement are MANDATORY before hosting any gatherings. MAIL & PACKAGE DELIVERY We discourage direct delivery to the building/apartment. It is recommended to make use of a nearby pickup/drop-off location to guarantee receipt of your mail/package. Other things to Note: - Absolutely no smoking, there's a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors. - No weapons, firearms, drugs, or illegal sexual activity of any sort allowed. - Violators will be reported to police and the contract will be terminated immediately. * Please note guests staying longer than 28 days will be responsible for paying utilities used during their stay. We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties and smoking anywhere on our premises. All our units come equipped with noise sensors. While we do not anticipate the need, following multiple warnings, we will utilize local law enforcement to ensure compliance. Should removal be required, it will be done at the guest's expense. Trash Collection Schedule & Holidays Regular Schedule: Trash pickup is every Monday morning. Please place bins at the curb on Thursday night for collection. Holiday Adjustments: If Monday is a holiday, trash pickup will be delayed by one day (Tuesday instead of Monday). If your checkout falls on Monday after a holiday, please help by moving the bins to the curb before leaving. Your help with this is greatly appreciated!
