Brand new 16x24 camp on 21.5 acres nestled comfortably on rte 100 at the entrance of the Granville Gulf Reservation. 2 miles from the Moss Glen Falls. It is surrounded by National Forest to the south and east , State Park by the north and west, and lumber company by the east. You could never have a neighbor build next to you! Rte 100 travels the length of the property which is about one mile of frontage and the Alder Meadow brook runs through the whole piece. Bear hunting and deer hunting is just outside the door. Skiing is just 15 minutes away at Sugarbush ski area and this camp is accessible all year long. There is a wood stove ,4 burner propane stove, counter,sink,bunk room that will sleep 6 comfortably,and a couch that folds out into a bed. A small brook behind the camp feeds water but sometimes dries up in the summer.The Alder Meadow brook flows year round. There is no power or septic! This camp was built in June of 2009 and I am still doing some finishing touches. Just recently I added 12 volt LED lighting. Bring a car battery and you have lights. Fully insulated and freshly painted. Huge parking area and I just started a huge stone pit for bon fires.
