Build a custom home for yourself and the yard can be in ground cover and flower beds. No heavy mowing of grass--just an occasional weed eating. Cook Street adjoins these lots and is not driveable but has not been closed. Cook Street is 30 feet open and it is possible the city of Eureka Springs would let you bulldoze a road up from Armstrong into these lots. They would not allow asphalt or concrete on Cook Street as it is used for transmission of utilities.
