About Upper Forrester Upper Forrester is a bright and spacious 1,200-square-foot home located at 1887 Forrester Street, Oak Bay North. This private retreat features a large patio with a BBQ perfect for enjoying sunny afternoons or evening gatherings in a peaceful residential setting. The home can be configured as either a two- or three-bedroom layout, making it ideal for families, groups, or longer stays. Laundry facilities are shared with the basement unit. Bedroom Configuration: Bedroom 1: Queen bed Bedroom 2: Queen bed Bedroom 3: One queen bed and one single bed Comfortably situated in the desirable Oak Bay North neighborhood, Upper Forrester offers both space and convenience for a relaxing stay. We have been managing furnished rentals since 2008, we are trusted and insured, and we aim to make owners and clients happy with the right accommodation for their needs. 1. A license to occupy agreement is mandatory to be signed as soon as the reservation is confirmed. 2. A Damage Deposit is required to be paid once the reservation is confirmed.
