The house is private with a 1-bedroom or 2-bedroom configuration, depending on your choice. Laundry is shared with the upper unit. We have been managing furnished rentals since 2008, we are trusted and insured, and we aim to make owners and clients happy with the right accommodation for their needs. 1. A license to occupy agreement is mandatory to be signed as soon as the reservation is confirmed. 2. A Damage Deposit is required to be paid once the reservation is confirmed. It is refundable upon checkout if no damage has occurred to the unit/house. 3. If your stay is more than 30 days, there will a mid-stay cleaning fee added after every 30 days. 4. Please note you must be 25 years or older to make a reservation. 5. All our properties have a $500 bylaw fine for smoking within the unit and the building. This includes vaping and marijuana.
