About Haro Heights Welcome to our Haro Heights 2-bedroom and 2-bathroom unit plus den, which comes with underground secured parking, bike storage, in-suite laundry, high-end furnishings, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a private BBQ for your own perusal. Haro Heights is located in the prestigious Cordova Bay neighborhood directly across the street from the ocean and beach. There is a small grocery and Italian grocery area on the lobby level, which also offers coffee, tea, goodies, and basics. This is such a great complex, and we have multiple units here, which is great for large groups or extra-large families needing multiple units. We have been managing furnished rentals since 2008, we are trusted and insured, and we aim to make owners and clients happy with the right accommodation for their needs. 1. A license to occupy agreement is mandatory to be signed as soon as the reservation is confirmed. 2. A Damage Deposit is required to be paid once the reservation is confirmed.
