However you feel you fur family member would be a fit, we are open to discuss. Total monthly rental rate $2100 Breakdown Rent $1875 and $150 monthly utilities $75 for internet . All Rents, Utilities and Internet is rolled into one payment. There is also mandatory proof of renters ins (every 3 month will require proof of updated policy to make sure policy is still current).
