This is a large home, where the owners live on main level and the basement with a private entrance is available. Full kitchen, laundry and 3 bedroom/2 bathroom. We've built the spaces for hosting, and so the amenities are pretty incredible. Swim spa/hot tub (shared with home owners who live upstairs), a sauna in the basement apartment. Large furnished patio spaces. Indoors can be furnished or unfurnished and we can set up the lease for 2 couples, three adults (a room mate situation) or a family. We already have 3 dogs on the property, so no dogs (cats considered). In the upstairs it's husband/wife and a 12 yr old boy. Background checks will be required. Rent includes all utilities and internet with Astound. You'll need to have and use a PO box, but other utilities are included in the rent. We are a quiet country neighborhood, no smoking onsite or in the house (of any kind or vaping). Lease terms are flexible.
