We are a 5-10 minute walk to Newburyport with it's many shops, eateries, theaters, Art Venues and many wonderful shops. The Newburyport/Salisbury Rail Trails are within a 10 minute walk. Plum Island, a barrier island, is 10-15 minutes away by car. Well known Federal Wildlife Refuge, has miles of deserted beaches, over 300 bird species and well maintained hiking trails. Salisbury Center and beaches are pretty awesome too....beautiful walk up to Seabrook Beach and beyond. Maine is 22 miles away and New Hampshire is the next state, 5 minute drive. September & October are available for $3,700 a month. Winter rental is $2,200 starting November 1 thru May 31. 2025. June and July & August are rented. Winter rental is $2,300 per month from October 3 thru April 31, 2027. Month of May can be rented for $2,600. Owner pays all expenses including heat. (Heat is FHW, oil and electric heat), Internet, TV, gas, electric and oil. A Security deposit is $1,000 will be reimbursed when vacating if unit is found in same condition as when it was rented. Cleaning costs are $65. per hour. First and Last months rent plus security deposit payable by move-in date. .
