Looking for an individual or couple wanting to rent a room with shared living spaces - bathroom, living room, eat-in kitchen, and laundry area. We're located NE of Liberty Park near the whale sculpture. Street parking available with a parking pass from the city (under $50/year last time I checked). We have a house full of LGBTQ+ people as well as some polyamorous peeps and would prefer to have more like-minded tenants in the room. $400 deposit. $650/month rent including utilities. Unfurnished except for some wall-mounted shelving. No pets please. We already currently have an elderly dog (13 years) who lives here and she often has conflicts with other dogs; we don't know how much longer she'll be around as her health is in decline.
