The private bedroom is approximately 15' x 11' and includes two closets and a ceiling fan. It can be offered unfurnished or partially furnished (dresser, desk/chair, side table). The clean, well-maintained bathroom has a separate tub and shower and is shared with one male housemate. The home has a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, with a spacious living room and dining room, two outdoor patios, a BBQ area, stainless-steel appliances, central air conditioning, a full-size washer and dryer, and additional storage. A garage is present, although we generally use the easy street parking available in front. The location is convenient to Hillcrest, Uptown, Balboa Park, the San Diego Zoo, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and outdoor recreation. Accessible tennis courts, pickleball, dog park one block away. You would be sharing the home with two easy-going adult male professionals and a friendly one-year-old Golden Retriever. We enjoy a calm, clean, respectful household where everyone can feel comfortable, relaxed, and still have their own space. We are hoping to find one responsible male housemate who is interested in a stable and positive living arrangement.
