The property is centrally located in the Fairmount Park neighborhood, one of San Diego's "Hidden Gems". It offers super easy access to I-805, I-15, I-5, SR 94, and SR 163. Only 2.5 miles east of downtown San Diego, it is close to everything - 3.5 miles from Coronado, 6 miles to Mission Valley, and La Jolla is 12 miles away. A quick 10-minute drive will take you to the beaches, and Balboa Park/San Diego Zoo is only 2.5 miles away. Several San Diego Trolley stations are nearby if you choose to take public transit.
