The host/owner is not responsible for any lost, delayed, or undelivered mail or packages. Please note that the property's mailing address is typically forwarded to an offsite location, which may cause delays or affect deliveries. Because of this, we highly recommend guests either hold their mail at the nearest post office or rent an Amazon Locker for a more secure and reliable option.
