Newly remodeled, this master suite is equipped with a comfortable memory foam king bed and a spacious bathroom with dual sinks and a massive shower. The space offers an outdoor seating area, perfect for enjoying singing birds and your morning coffee. Fresh linens and towels are provided with optional housekeeping every other week at an additional fee. Basic dinnerware, cooking utensils, cookware, storage containers, a Nespresso coffee maker, refrigerator, combo air fryer and microwave are provided for your comfort and convenience. Guests have additional use of common areas including backyard, hot tub, and hammock. A smart TV gives you access to many different streaming channels; a guest account is available to you. The rooftop deck (which offers generous comfy seating and a partial ocean view) is also yours to enjoy. Beach chairs/towels, boogie boards, yoga mats are all available for your leisure and relaxation. Small dogs allowed for an additional pet fee of $50/month. Please note the following: - There is no smoking allowed on the property, whether it is inside or outside - Pets may reside at the discretion of owner -Quiet time is from 10pm to 8am Minimum 1 month rental agreement with option to extend/renew if you love it! Shorter terms negotiable. All utilities are included in rent, including high speed internet. Optional housecleaning is available every other week for an additional $150 per cleaning.
