The condo is on the third floor, overlooking the community pool. There is one private, unfurnished bedroom, one private bathroom, a large attached balcony, as well as a shared living room and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully updated and the living room is fully furnished. The condo also comes with a washer and dryer for your use. The complex is very secure with a car gate and a walk-up gate. There is also one assigned parking space included with the unit. The deposit includes last month's rent and a security deposit of 1,000 dollars.
