Dogs only allowed, no cats. Yard is partially fenced. Under the stairs, you'll find a pack n play if you have a little one. On the side of the house in the shed, you'll find plenty of beach fun items, such as, an inflatable paddle board, a boogie board, an easy up. Plenty of street parking, and one drive way parking spot. Smart lock entry. Conveniently located less than 2 miles to the 5 freeway, 52 freeway, and brand new Balboa Metro station. Also close to Clairemont Town Square with grocery stores, restaurants, clothing stores, and much more.. We typically do short term rentals in this furnished house, this is ideal for business relocator getting to know the area or project manager in town for a couple of months, somebody on sabbatical teaching at the university, retirees, visiting family.
