We're a ~15 minute drive to Pasadena, and ~20-25 minute drive to DTLA. This is a great location for anyone wanting to be near Los Angeles but outside the hustle and bustle of the city. We've got a few bus stops, a park-and-ride, and the Del Mar Ave Fastrak entrance nearby. About the space: 2-stories, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. We have a small patio, high ceilings, lots of natural light, brand new central AC/heater, in-unit washer/dryer and lots of storage space. The house is fully furnished, minus the empty bedroom - which has a full size closet and a small balcony. Lease details: $1050+ utilities (WiFi, gas, electric - usually $50-70) per month. 1-year lease stating on August 1st. A parking permit will have to be purchased with city hall ($144/year). No pets are allowed. We are looking for a female in their mid 20s-30s, non-smoker, friendly, communicative, clean, and respectful of quiet time in the evenings.
