The Casita consists of the spacious first floor only with bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, hallway and large outdoor patio with lounge furniture, bbq grill and seating area. It is more like a studio in size. Furthermore, the private parking spot is located right next to the back door of the casita allowing to drive right up to the house without trying to meander through someone's yard or garden path. The Casita is small yet it is immaculate. It has a spacious large bedroom-living room with a king size bed, wonderful soft sheets, entertainment cabinet, armoire, small sofa, and breakfast nook small eating table for two. It has two windows allowing for lots of natural light to fill the room. One of the windows looks out to a beautiful fountain and enclosed garden area. Also there are two large French doors that open up to the parking area allowing for wonderful access and more natural light and fresh air. The full size bathroom has a tub/shower, sink with counter and small window looking out to the patio area.The kitchen is furnished with a large refrigerator with freezer,small stove with oven, microwave oven, toaster oven, etc, and opens up to a private patio area overlooking a small vineyard & olive tree grove. The bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom all have solid wood entry doors allowing to close off the rooms for privacy. The wonderful private patio-sun deck is like another large room added to the casita. It is lovely and secluded making it ideal for sunbathing and relaxing or eating outside as it is furnished with round table and chairs and a lounge chair and table all with nice clean cushions.
