Location is near downtown in the lower part of Mission Canyon. This is a rustic studio adjacent to our house but separated by about 100 feet. On 3/4 acres, very private, very quiet, small and rustic but more than adequate. Full bathroom with shower, no bathtub. There is also a patio and a small amount of storage available. Owners are around but not involved. Trash and water and gas paid, you pay your electricity and whatever cable and internet you set up. People usually stay many years - people have stayed 4, 6, and believe it or not, 20 years. The neighborhood, and the owners, require especially quiet people. No pets. There is also a separate room available that people usually use as a bedroom thus making the property a unique type of one bedroom.
