Each of the 3 bedrooms are very separate, each with their own en-suite bathrooms and individual temperature control. There are two dining tables made to seat 6 people, one indoors and one outside. The yard is completely fenced/walled in. There are 2 working fireplaces, one kiva in the master suite and one in the cozy living room. Each room has a work desk with an ergonomic chair. There is a whole house water filtration system plus extra filtration at the sink for drinking water. You will find there is enough parking in the driveway to fit 3 vehicles. The kitchen is fully furnished with Bosch dishwasher, large French door fridge, blender, coffee maker, etc. We ask upfront for $2500 deposit and the last month's rent (can be pro-rated over the first 3 months). 1 year minimum lease. Utilities are paid by the tenant. The yard has 100 year old apple trees that need TLC, so we are looking for a tenant who will care for the yard and the land.
