POOL LOUNGE AND COMMON SPACES Large screened pool deck surrounding the HEATED pool. Pool Heat is set to 85 degrees, however, if air temps drop below 70 degrees it can affect pool temp. Therefore, pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed. EXTREMELY CLEAN! Gas/charcoal BBQ with propane tank is provided. We do not refill the tank. So, when it goes empty, please feel free to exchange the tank at a local gas station or Home Depot for around $20.
