This 3 bedroom 2 bath home includes three gas and two electric fireplaces two porches and large back yard that is fun! Review Scott & Kathy's house was the most perfect, amazing and wonderful home you could ever imagine. The home is in the most amazing area of town, with beautiful homes and lovely parks all around. We felt so blessed to stay here and discover the Ardsley Park area, which we never knew about previously as tourists. We walked daily over to The Culturist Union coffee shop for our month-long stay and made friends with everyone there. We would also walk over to Lattimore park every single morning and loved to see the beautiful flowers in bloom during summer. We also had the pleasure of meeting Scott & Kathy in person before they left for their month-long journey. They are so sweet and kind and wanted to make sure we knew where everything was in the home. The home is decorated with such unique class and artistry. My mom enjoyed playing the beautiful baby grand piano in the mornings. The decor in the home is like staying in a museum, because everything has such meaning and significance. We enjoyed staying in this home more than any other home we have stayed in, we cannot wait to be back! This is a fully furnished rental. For the last several years, the unit has provided housing for 3 Scad students who are now graduating. This unit offers tremendous flexibility and we are open to creative ways to attract creative, loving people to this amazing space. We are open minded. The space can be rented by a single family or by community minded individuals who can operate in a shared environment. Utilities are included with $200 cap on electric. There is high speed internet and central air/heat. There are three queen size beds, linens and towels are provided. Must be professionally cleaned at the end of the lease.
