1860896. Hi.I am looking to sublet my apartment from now until April 29,2012. The term for the lease has to be until and end on April 29nth, 2012 because I do have a lease until then. I am looking to move due to my job because Ive been transferred into Milwaukee.Its a one bedroom apartment on first floor. Very spacious. Very quite. The average one bedroom is 800 sq ft. mine is one of the largest. It is a little bigger then 800. Kitchen with breakfast bar ( stove, oven, fridge). Bedroom with lots of closet space, very large. Bathroom with shower and tub all in one.Living room with a patio. Large living room. You able to put a grill outside on the patio but it has to be propane.There are two floors of apartments. Each floor has two sets of washer and dryer. They are $1 for eachIncluded in the rent: Outside parking ( no charge), trash, water, gas, sewer ( no charge). There is a storage unit (no charge) if you want it. Cable,internet, electricity are not included.Internet and cable can be through AT&T or Time Warner.Electric is through WE Energy.My average bill for electric is $25 a month. My lowest has been $23 and the highest has been $30.Rent is $785 plus a security deposit. I ask for a security deposit because if something was to happen then it would be my problem and whoever sublets from me as in there problem to. just covering both of us.Location: Menomonee Falls off of Appleton Ave.There are alot of stores and restaurants out here.Walmart, Target, Kohls, Best buy, Home Depot, Menards, Farm and Fleet.Movie theater.2 Pick N Saves. Woodmans, Sentry.Applebees, Chilis, Burger King, Taco Bell, Mc Donalds, DQ, Starbucks, Noodle N CO. friendly, friendly, Pizza. A lot of places.Furniture is not included.I ask for no pets, no smoking, no partying.
