This unit does not allow pets. We are looking for a quieter person, specifically at night, to move in as the house shares a wall with the unit. The property is about 15 minutes away from grocery stores in Sherwood, Wilsonville and Newberg. It's very quiet area. Rent is $1,100 and does not include utilities which will range from $100-150 a month depending on the season. Utilities include water, electricity, wifi and garbage. Must pass a background and credit check as well as have renters insurance. Lease is a one year contract. There's no smoking, drugs or discharging of firearms on property.
