Use your Crypto! This parcel is a short drive from Blanca and will not require you to have 4 wheel drive to get there. This isn't way out in the desert, but does provide dark sky nights to do star gazing or UFO searching if you like. (it is my understanding that this area is known for sightings) I have been unable to visit this property since the onset of covid, so improvements to the area may have been made. There is a home on the adjacent property and may be more since my last visit. Smith Reservoir as well as the Great Sand Dunes National Park and Preserve are nearby.
