The closet has an iron and board, mop, and vacuum. I've put the bedroom upstairs in the loft which is accessible via ladder. The ladder can be swung around to access an enclosed storage area above the kitchen. The futon folds into a second bed. All utilities are included in your lease (electric, water, internet, wifi). This place is move-in ready, ideal for a single person without their own furniture. I will also gladly remove the furniture if you want to bring in your own things. I also just installed an outdoor ice bath cold plunge that the tenant may use. $900.00 security deposit + first month's rent due before move in. Message me if interested.
