This unit is fully furnished with washer dryer and access to a common outdoor BBQ area spring-fall. Small unit perfect for one person or a couple. Not fancy, but clean and comfortable. Parking for one vehicle. Access to Lakeside Beach. 30 day minimum, month to month rental. Owner lives on the property as well. Rent is $2100/mo Move in requires first and last month's rent, $500 security deposit and a $300 non-refundable fee for carpet cleaning, locksmith, etc. ($5000 total) A written 30 day notice required when moving out. Great Tahoe location a few blocks from both Lakeside Beach in one direction, and the casinos, Heavenly gondola, and the new Target shopping center a few blocks in the other direction. For longer term tenants the owner pays internet, water/sewer, and garbage.
