It is a cul-de-sac so naturally it is very quiet, safe, and the residents of the street are pleasant and neighborly. Walking distance to many places such as Uconn, Stamford Hospital, Shop Rite, Hyatt Hotel, RPM Raceway, Home Depot, Boys&Girls Club, Stamford Train Station, Autozone, and several convenience stores, beauty salons, parks, and restaurants. I-95 is about a half mile away so getting around is definitely easy from this location. The apartment has newer appliances. The heat, hot & cold water, and sewer is included. There is also an attic which can be used for storage. We look forward to meeting you and showing you around. The two most important things for us are quietness and cleanliness. The home has always been pest free and is located on a quiet block and we are looking for professional people who will keep the apartment in good shape and not cause any disturbances to the neighbors.
