This is a one month lease which includes all utilities, cable and internet. There is no smoking and no subletting. Parking for three (3) cars is available on the property. Available months for lease: January 5 2027 until February 5 2027 March 5 2027 until April 5 2027 Please note that this is a month lease option and cannot be shortened. The lease requirement also mandates that there is no opportunity to sublet. Sublet or renting the home or any part of the home during the month lease is prohibited. There is also mandatory no smoking inside or on property grounds.
