Close to skiing and surrounded by amazing hiking, biking, swimming, exploring, shopping and dining. The home is 1.3 miles to Stowe Village & 1/2 mile to a grocery store. Monthly rent may change due to the season and demand. The ski season and peak foliage are high demand times. I'm looking to rent this Summer and Fall, month to month. I am also open to the winter months although that is a high demand season and rent would reflect that. I will handle all maintenance issues and utilities payments. There are two A-frames on the property. My daughter and I live in the upper A-frame. We have a small dog and a sweet cat. We are friendly and hoping for the same, although we also know how to give space. The homes are close but still have a sense of privacy. I manage other properties in Stowe and I also work in Elder Care. My daughter is in 4th grade and is a busy bee. We love Stowe and would love to share it in the best ways.
