Outside, there is a private yard, private driveway for up to two cars, and a wood burning fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs. There is a queen size bed in the main bedroom and a full size bed in the second bedroom, along with a desk and office chair for the remote workers out there. The kitchen is fully equipped with all pots & pans, bakeware, utensils, and wine glasses. No kitchen is complete with out a coffee bar with Keurig, creamer, and sugar for the caffeine fanatics. The home is situated 12 minutes from downtown Greenville which is the fastest growing city in the Southeast, known for its rich milltown baseball history, historic sites, coffee roasters, fine dining and shopping. It is only a 10 minute drive from the Peace Center and Bon Secours Arena which hosts frequent concerts, plays, and events. Linens, towels, and toiletries are provided.
