Sportsman's paradise! I walked this land on the day after 2019 Firearms deer season. The deer sign was sick even after several deer were harvested from the property this year. There is a perfect mix of habitat: Mature oaks, regrowth aspen, open areas, numerous water sources, maples, etc. The trails were heavy with deer prints and covered with scrapes and rubs, including some 3-4'' trees.
