Move-in ready and immaculately renovated, this 2,300 sq. ft., 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home in Thousand Oaks features a cozy, modern-rustic vibe with custom designer woodwork. It is perfectly optimized for corporate housing, relocation, or business travelers requiring a 30-day minimum stay. All utilities including along with Washer and Dryer privileges, with a $100 monthly stipend for electricity and gas fees. Everything is close by and it truly is a hidden gem! This fully furnished home, unlike an unfurnished or furnished Airbnb, is thoughtfully curated with new paint, custom woodwork, and new furniture. It's designed for families who value quality living and understand that care and respect have been placed in all aspects of the home for guests' enjoyment. As per community regulations, there's a minimum stay requirement of 30 days. For stays longer than a few months, it's recommended to discuss potential discounts with the owners. A small percentage of the utilities cost-sharing is included, so guests don't need to change their names during occupancy Monthly cleaning documentation is mandatory for stays exceeding one month. A $75 monthly cleaning fee ensures that this newly renovated home is kept to the highest standard. Guests will also receive cleaning supplies to clean their rooms and shared spaces. A final cleaning fee up to $400 will be assessed at the end of the stay, and up to $700 if deep cleaning is necessary. Professional carpet cleaning is required at the owner's expense for leases exceeding 6 months, and proof of receipt is necessary for all cleaning services. Spills causing damage to furniture, home fixtures, or furnishings may incur additional expenses and will be deducted from the security deposit. Photos will be taken to document any damages, and it's important to take photos yourself upon leaving to avoid any misunderstandings. Smart locks are installed in every bedroom and will deactivate at the end of the lease or if there are any breaches of the lease terms. Pets are prohibited because the house is newly renovated, and some guests, including the host, have pet allergies. Please respect privacy and quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am. Smoking, drug use, candle or flammable use, and parties are strictly prohibited. Maintaining a clean and orderly home and kitchen is crucial. Parking is restricted to the driveway. The property offers ample space for families and is situated in a safe neighborhood. This neighborhood is exceptionally safe and serene. We want you to have a pleasant stay, but please adhere to the HOA Rules and Regulations, which will be provided to lessees with leases exceeding one month. The owner reserves the right to terminate the lease terms if any of these rules are violated.
