It is located on a quiet street in a nice neighborhood in Somerset, WI (15 minutes from Stillwater). This apartment has new flooring: slate-looking tile floors, wood flooring and carpeting. The apartment has a large bedroom (approximately 13 X 14) and a ton of storage space. The bathroom has tile countertop and a jacuzzi jet tub! The kitchen has a full sized refridgerator and a gas stove. The apartment is approximately 1000 sq. ft and we are renting it for $750 which includes all utilities and high speed internet. We are looking for a tenant that is a good fit to bring into our home. We are looking for someone who keeps a clean home and will take good care of the place. This unit does NOT have a laundry facility. We will be asking all interested parties to fill out a preliminary application prior to viewing the place.
