Separate laundry room Front and back yards- fenced, table and chairs Quiet street- close to everything in the village When home at Starfish House, you'll be on vacation. No need to drive since only a block away, you'll find: Great food (4 restaurants, and store selling fresh fish & crab); Entertainment (2 restaurants, Town Hall, and the winery often have music); Culture (museum and library); Bluff above pier and coastline with path to beach. Magnificent beach and forest walks are available just by strolling outside your front door. Of course, if you feel like a short drive, Redwood National Park is only a half hour and Patick's Point State beach is 10 minutes. Cal Poly Humboldlt and Mad River Community Hospital in Arcata are about 15 minutes away. St. Joseph's Hospital in Eureka is about a 30 minutes drive. A $2,000 deposit is required. Rent includes water, garbage, electricty, high speed Internet, TV network subscriptions, yardwork, and a $100 monthly allotment towards heat (high efficiency forced air). Off season rental period is flexible. We prefer at least 30 days, but if a shorter stay is desired, we may be able to fit you in.
