Beautiful tiny home on wheels for sale in Iowa! We built this to live in as we saved for our forever home, but now we are having issues with the land we were going to plant it on. It's all electric, but we did plan on eventually converting it to off-grid gas and solar. Tall ceilings and 14 windows make this tiny home not seem near as small as it is. Its spacious, but also cozy. Includes all appliances, an off-grid composting toilet (it's not as scary as it sounds!), an off-grid, manual washing machine (it's pink!), and an electric spin dryer. We're also including an air doctor air purifier in the price. We built this house with the intention on living in it for awhile and I'm chemically sensitive, so we used almost all non-toxic materials. Paint, flooring, insulation, etc. It feels super clean and breathable! It has a nice sized living area with open concept connecting to the kitchen. Sliding doors lead out the back and a front door with windows (of course) in the front. The bathroom is small, but livable. We planned on changing out the tub for a standing shower as the tub is small. Perfect for kids and smaller people (I fit in it fine), but it's not ideal. My husband CAN shower in it, but again, not ideal. (We are also willing to do the remodel BEFORE selling if a buyer wants us to) The house has two lofts and two bump outs. One loft sleeps 2-3 (depending on how close you like to be - we planned on our 3 kids being up there) and the other loft I use as an office, but could also sleep someone if needed. There is a ladder to the main loft that slides out + then goes back behind the fridge, but the closet in the bump out off the main bedroom also has a ladder in it for another access. The main bedroom is basically just a bed + tv + closet :) But it does have a huge storage area above (under the kids loft) + below it. So there is a lot of storage! We love this home + just want it to go to the right people!
