The home is located in Vallejo Heights with stunning views overlooking the Napa River, San Pablo Bay, Mare Island & Mount Tamalpais. You can even see the arches of the Golden Gate Bridge from the deck on clear days. You'd have a designated parking spot in the driveway closest to the front door and if your significant other also has a car, a 2nd vehicle can be parked on the street directly in front of the house. You'll enter through the front door to what feels like your own 1-bedroom home, including a full-sized kitchen with new appliances and granite countertops. You will also have access to both the sitting area at the fire pit and the patio table on the rear deck, so make yourself comfortable inside & out. The monthly rent price includes high-speed internet, Ring security cameras, trash, water and all other utilities. Pets of all sizes are welcome with a flat fee of $100 per month, per dog/cat. It's at the very top of Vallejo Heights, with amazing views on both sides of the home & nightly sunsets to the rear. This is one of Vallejo's safest neighborhoods, with a green indicator (best rating) on the crime map. As the property manager, I live in the rear living area (separate entrance) to quickly deal with any unforeseen issues you may have in the front area. A locked door between the kitchen and the laundry room was added so you feel an increased sense of security, as the laundry room is the only shared interior space for the two living areas. Minimum stay is 30 nights. Rate includes all utilities. Guests will need to have an online background & credit check done, at a cost of $45 per person. I reserve the right to refuse service & cancel an existing reservation based on the findings of the background check. Guest(s) will also need to sign a lease for the expected duration of the stay, to help protect the property from squatters. All personal travel reservations need to be booked by the guests themselves. No smoking, no firearms & no parties, please. The in-home laundry room is the only interior common space, days can be assigned if you prefer. This duplex/home is naturally divided by the laundry room in the middle with locked doors on either side. You'll enter through the front door & enjoy the front of the building which includes a bedroom with walk-in closet, full bathroom, living room, work space, dining area, full kitchen & access to the laundry room. The 10,000 square foot lot is also yours to enjoy, which includes in front of the house, the back yard, fire pit & rear deck. Listing is pet-friendly, as long as approved by the host prior to booking. Support animals cannot be left unattended in the home. The monthly rate is for 2 adults and no parties, please. The fully equipped kitchen has all new appliances (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge) & all of the supplies you'll need. The nest thermostat is in the hallway between the bedroom and living room. Your designated parking spot is in the driveway closest to the front door. You can park an additional car on the street in front of the house. There are 5 exterior Ring video cameras, along with door & window sensors to ensure the safety of all guests.
