The available couch is a full-size pull-out which gives another 1-2 sleeping space. You have your own private entrance which leads into the sitting room with the couch, and an entrance into a full-size bath. Next to a small hall area along with another storage cabinet and a small table with 2-3 chairs, is a kitchenette, fully outfitted with an induction stovetop, air fryer/convection oven, microwave, sink, and refrigerator. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a (movable) desk/table, overlooking a beautiful view. There are two closets, one with a small chest of drawers, to tuck away your suitcases and clothes. A BBQ is available adjacent to your private patio with table. A small clothes washer is yours in the laundry shed near your door or additional arrangements can be made with landlord to use the large washer and dryer inside the garage. Well-behaved dog(s) w/ approval are OK. Be aware however, there is no fence. With coyotes and birds of prey in the country, they must be well contained by you. Please regularly clean up after your dog(s) around the house there is free range on the property below the house. Landlords are not responsible for pets or children. We are in the country, expect a slower and friendlier pace.
