The property is only blocks from the beach and hiking trails, as well as a short walk downtown to the sidewalk cafes, bars, and boutiques. You will have full access to the kitchen, laundry facilities, your own bathroom, barbeque grill, and internet. All utilities included. $1300 per month plus $600 security deposit. I'm a neat and clean person so I prefer my roommate to be the same. Please be employed full time. No smoking, pets or drugs. This is not a party house. References will be checked.
