A license to occupy agreement is mandatory to be signed as soon as the reservation is confirmed. 2. A Damage Deposit is required to be paid once the reservation is confirmed. It is refundable upon checkout if no damage has occurred to the unit/house. 3. If your stay is more than 30 days, there will a mid-stay cleaning fee added after every 30 days. 4. Please note you must be 25 years or older to make a reservation. 5. All our properties have a $500 bylaw fine for smoking within the unit and the building. This includes vaping and marijuana.
