This 874 square foot unit is tucked back from the street, so it is a nice hideaway from the larger, busier roads nearby. The are two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a large wrap-around patio with seating for six. A gorgeous kitchen with all the basics is there for you to cook up your favorites, or you can order from the trendy new restaurants next door, across the street, or all nearby with shopping, groceries, etc. Each bedroom has a queen-size bed, and we also have a Lazy-Boy three-quarter sofa bed in the living room. You will only need to bring your personal items to this lovely unit. All our properties have a $500 bylaw fine for smoking within the unit and the building. This includes vaping and marijuana.
