A license to occupy agreement is mandatory to be signed as soon as the reservation is confirmed. 2. A Damage Deposit is required to be paid once the reservation is confirmed. It is refundable upon checkout if no damage has occurred to the unit/house. 3. If your stay is more than 30 days, there will a mid-stay cleaning fee added after every 30 days. 4.
