This 40 Acres is primarily beautiful Hard Woods and relatively flat with the remains of a old clearing in the center of it; which could be easily opened up. It would make a wonderful home site or cabin in the woods for hunting. The whole west lie is against a large 160 acre parcel of State land. If someone wanted a hunting camp they could have 3 or 4 blinds on the corners of the 40 with a cabin in the center. Extra hunters could then hunt the 160 acres of State land. This is the best 40 we listed in a long time.
