Stevens Deer Camp Holdings – 00 West Side Road Ten contiguous acreage parcels totaling 432 Acres in Sections 17 and 18 of T37N R10W. This large chunk of fantastic property is shown on the 2018 Wojan-Cashman map of Beaver Island as “Steven’s Acreage”. Its NW corner is just below Teeter’s Bus Trail abutting State land about ¾ of a mile S of Miller’s Marsh to the logging road on State land known as Graves Road. It runs from the West Side Road to Rushing Water Pond and Horseshoe Bog both of which have most of their area on this private parcel. It has quite a bit of frontage on West Side Road just below Jim Wojan’s 12 acre gravel pit.
