This is a great Lake Superior building site looking directly east for fantastic sunrises year around. There is 100 feet of bluff frontage with a sandy lake bottom. The property adjoins M-123 and is therefore easy to access year around. Paradise is a small community built around the outdoors and Whitefish Bay. The snowmobiling, ORVing, and fishing are excellent here and this is a great base for all three. Snowmobile trail #8 passes right across the road from the driveway and that connects to the entire state snow trail system. There are several DNR forest roads open to ATVS in the area. There are boat launches to Lake Superior/Whitefish Bay in either direction as well as accesses to several inland lakes and rivers. This is also a popular area for hiking and birding. The North Country Trail passes several miles south of the property and there are many trails around Tahquamenon Falls State Park. As well as the trails to and from the falls, both upper and lower. The Whitefish Point Birding Observatory is located along Whitefish Point. The Great Lakes Shipwreck Museum is also nearby on Whitefish Point. This property is close enough to the town of Paradise you can walk to dinner or shopping.
