The entire house is newly remodeled with new paint, flooring, carpet, and bathroom tile and fixtures. There is an attached screen porch and a deck with views of the serene Pine River. Medium term tenants will be responsible for maintaining the condition and furniture in the property for the summer shift to short term rentals. Minimum lease of 2 months. This is only available for medium term leases between October 1 and May 31 (a maximum of 8 months). Renters must leave the property ready for short term rentals (furnished and cleaned exactly as it was) so it is ready for the short term rental season beginning June 1. We charge a flat fee of $150/month for gas and electricity but reserve the right to charge the exact gas and electricity bills if excessive consumption occurs.
