The studio is brand new. It is private and above a garage on the side of my house. The front porch is covered, private and allows space for a small chair and table. The interior is open, bright and well lit. The largest area is street facing and allows for a queen bed with side dressers and opposite is a generous living room space. The kitchen has full size appliances French door refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave 4 burner stove and oven. A mini split will heat and cool the unit. The front of the studio faces Mt Diablo with a beautiful view fall through early spring. The studio has one parking spot in front of the stairway. The studio is in the Saranap neighborhood a quiet, walkable district in Walnut Creek with immediate access to hwy 24, a mile walk to WC Bart and less than a mile walk to the center of downtown WC. I would prefer a single tenant, but will consider 2 people if the fit is right. Non smoker, not negotiable. Internet service not included
