We are not set up for accept Sec 8 nor lease to own. This house sits on a quiet block and the inside and outside was recently painted. Tenant will be responsible for supplying their own refrigerator + stove. Living room and Dining room is nice and large and kitchen is spacious; there is a Carport and 2 car Driveway The Floors are hardwood except for one of the bedrooms that has carpet and the dining room and kitchen has vinyl. Monthly rent is $1095/mo plus tenant pays all utilities (electric, gas, water/sewer/trash). Tenant is required to pay First Month's Rent and Security Deposit Equal to the Rent as a requirement to move in and a $250 water deposit.
